Hold the a and choose 8 from the popup menu to get ǎ Hold the e and choose 8 from the popup menu to get ĕ Holdkey pro Type Windowskey plus 6, release the keys and type e result ě Type Windowskey plus 6, release the keys and type E result Ě This also works for several other characters.
